1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, and/or using the ExtraOutcome.com website and the ExtraOutcome machine learning trading bot platform (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement").

These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ExtraOutcome.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that:

- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where trading or use of the Platform is prohibited
- You have not been restricted from trading in any jurisdiction
- You are not on any government sanctions list

2.2 Account Registration

When registering, you agree to:

- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
- Update your information to maintain accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of your password and login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Not share your account with others

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The ExtraOutcome Platform is an artificial intelligence-powered machine learning trading bot designed to:

- Analyze financial markets using advanced algorithms
- Identify trading opportunities in currency pairs and other assets
- Execute trades automatically based on algorithmic signals
- Manage risk through automated position sizing and stop-loss controls
- Generate performance reports and trading analytics

The bot operates autonomously once activated and continuously analyzes market data.

4. TRADING RISKS

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRADING IN FINANCIAL MARKETS INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS:

- The bot may incur significant losses in adverse market conditions
- Algorithms may not adapt to all market conditions
- You may lose your entire investment
- Past performance is not indicative of future results
- There is no guarantee of profitability

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the Platform for illegal activities or fraud
- Engage in market manipulation or insider trading
- Gain unauthorized access to the Platform or systems
- Interfere with Platform functionality or security
- Transmit harmful or harassing content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Use the Platform for competitive purposes
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works

6. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

6.1 Subscription Plans

- Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase
- Subscription periods are monthly unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change with advance notice
- You will be billed according to your selected plan

6.2 Payment Terms

- Payment is due upon subscription activation
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- If payment fails, we may suspend your account
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refund is provided for the current billing period
- If you cancel within 7 days of initial subscription, you may request a full refund

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

7.1 Company Ownership

The Platform, including all software, algorithms, databases, designs, and content, is the exclusive property of ExtraOutcome.com:

- The machine learning algorithms are proprietary and confidential
- All intellectual property rights are reserved
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform
- This license is non-transferable and revocable

7.2 Restrictions

You may not:

- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Platform software
- Sell, transfer, or license the Platform
- Use the Platform for competitive purposes
- Extract or use the algorithms for other systems

8. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:

- WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY
- WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED
- WE DO NOT WARRANT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
- WE DO NOT WARRANT THE BOT WILL BE PROFITABLE
- YOUR USE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST INCOME
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS

Some jurisdictions do not permit these limitations. If applicable law prohibits these limitations, the maximum liability permitted by law will apply.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExtraOutcome.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from:

- Any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees)
- Arising from your use of the Platform
- Your violation of this Agreement
- Your trading activities or bot performance
- Any illegal or harmful activities you conduct

11. TERMINATION

11.1 Termination by User

You may terminate this Agreement by canceling your subscription or closing your account.

11.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate or suspend your account:

- For any violation of this Agreement
- For illegal or harmful activities
- If required by law or regulatory authorities
- If you fail to pay subscription fees
- For any reason with 30 days' notice

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, you agree to:

- Notify us of the dispute in writing
- Work with us in good faith to resolve it
- Allow 30 days for us to respond

12.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not court proceedings. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree not to bring or participate in any class action against the Company. Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

- This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law
- You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
- Legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the claim arising

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

15.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, including the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, that provision will be modified or severed, and remaining provisions continue in full force.

15.3 Assignment

You may not assign your rights without our written consent. We may assign our rights to affiliates or successors.
